“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”. It is with this phrase, we can start talking about our Erasmus experience. The year we spent in the Dept. of Civil Engineering Educators, School of Pedagogical & Technological Education (ASPETE) in Athens, Greece, was a year of discoveries, a year during which we were introduced in and got to know a different cultural world. What stays in the end? A feeling of being deceived by time that passed by so fast… A feeling of missing the friends that we made, an everlasting love for the city that received us with open arms.

Today we feel that choosing Greece for our Erasmus mobility for studies, was the best decision, for the warm Greek people, for the cultural variety, for the nice weather and, of course, for the Greek islands! We will miss the radiance of Monastiraki at night, we will miss climbing towards the Acropolis Hill and enjoying the city of Athens as invisible people. It was our pleasure!
