Doctorate scholarships – Grants from bequests

Within the context of the bequests managed by IKY, scholarships are offered and granted for studies in Greece or abroad. Candidates are selected either following written exams which are determined by the founding act of each bequest and the pertinent law governing the bequests

In particular:

a) Scholarships granted from the “Nic. D. Chrysovergis” bequest for second-cycle post-graduate studies (elaboration of a doctoral thesis) in Greece and abroad, in disciplines such as, indicatively, Anatomy, Physiology, Anatomical Pathology, Astronomy, Zoology, Mathematics, etc.

b) Scholarships granted from the “Fani Sarigianni” bequest for first or second-cycle post-graduate studies abroad, in the sector of Agronomy, exclusively in the field of Plant Pathology.

c) Scholarships granted from the “To the memory of Maria Zaousi” bequest for elaboration of a doctoral thesis or for clinical or experimental research abroad, in psychiatry-related subjects.
