State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) established an Innovative Programme for Scholarships, whereby postgraduate studies are directly linked with the labor market. The programme is carried out in cooperation with the National Bank of Greece offering scholars, in parallel to their postgraduate studies, an in-service traineeship for a period of up to two year and then full employment jobs for two more years.

The candidate selection procedure is based on evaluation according to specific criteria.
