In the framework of the collaboration between the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.) and the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service of the French Embassy – French Institute of Greece, the Vice President of I.K.Y.’s Administrative Board, Mr. Panagiotis Petrakis, the Head of the Directorate of Scholarships, Dr. Irini Droutsa, and I.K.Y. staff attended an event organized by the French Embassy on the occasion of the celebration of International Alumni Day in Greece.
The event was held in honor of Greek former scholarship recipients of the French government and I.K.Y., who have pursued distinguished careers in various strategic sectors for France and Europe. Their contribution is significant in the ongoing development of our relations in the economic, scientific, and artistic fields, and they serve as invaluable ambassadors of the unique relationship between France and Greece.
The State Scholarships Foundation will continue to expand its partnerships with countries and recognized universities abroad, aiming to support young people in gaining valuable academic qualifications and international experience.
