Call Results for the academic year 2026-2027
With regard to the academic year 2026-2027, four (4) scholarships have been approved for U.S. Ph. D candidates in the fields of Archaeology, History, Astronomy and Anthropology. The selected applicants have been informed about their selection and soon the scholars will begin their research activities in Greece in the involved Institutes: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Thessaly , American School of Classical Studies at Athens, Institute for Aegean Prehistory Study Center for East Crete and Institute of Astrophysics (IA) at FORTH.
The mobility scholarships Program for U.S. Ph. D candidates from U.S. universities, supported by the State Scholarships Foundation in cooperation with Fulbright Greece, offers the opportunity to scholars to undertake a six (6) month research mobility to Greek universities or research institutions in Greece, in the context of their doctoral dissertation.
The scholarships cover all scientific disciplines.
