ANNOUNCEMENT
Scholarship Program for Diligent Students Belonging to Vulnerable Social Groups (VSG) and Families with Three or More Children – Academic Year 2022–2023
The State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), within the framework of the Action “Scholarship program for diligent students belonging to Vulnerable Social Groups (VSG) and families with three or more children – Academic Year 2022–2023”, announces an estimated number of 3,000 undergraduate scholarships for diligent students studying at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Higher Military Educational Institutions (HMEIs) in Greece, who belong to Vulnerable Social Groups (VSG) and/or families with three or more children and have low income. The aim is to ensure their equal access to higher education.
The program also provides additional support for:

Candidates with a disability of at least 50%, of any kind (physical, mental, intellectual, sensory) (Special Category A), and
-
Candidates who are parents of three or more children or members of such families, whether dependents or not (Special Category B).
This support consists of up to 100 scholarships, equally distributed between the two Special Categories: up to 50 scholarships for Category A and 50 scholarships for Category B.
This action is co-funded by Greece and the European Union (European Social Fund) through the Operational Program “Human Resources Development and Social Cohesion 2021–2027.”
Application Instructions:
Interested parties must carefully read the official “Call for Applications” and submit their application through the online platform https://ams.iky.gr no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 16:00.
Important Notes:

The Certificate issued by your School must comply with the template provided in Annex 1 of the Call for Applications (not a general certificate of enrollment).

Students attending HMEIs may also need to submit, in addition to Annex 1, a certificate from their Military School including the GPA from both university and military courses for criterion D2.

Please verify the accuracy and correctness of all submitted information.

The Income Tax Clearance Note (for students studying away from their permanent residence) must refer to the 2022 tax year. Specifically, the “TAX YEAR” field must indicate 2022.

The Certificate of Family Status for applicants in Special Category B (parents or members of families with three or more children, whether dependent or not) will be automatically retrieved by IKY.
