As of 22nd October 2019, organisations participating or wishing to participate in the Erasmus+ decentralised actions, managed by the National Agencies, should process the information of their bodies through a new registration system, namely the Organisation Registration system.

The new system, accessible via the Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps platform, shall facilitate the registration of organisations and their participation in the Programme by providing organisations a unique identifier (Organisation ID). In order to log in to the system, as the case was in the previous system, you must have already created an eulogin account by using your email.

  • If your organisation has already participated in an Erasmus+ decentralised action and you already have a unique identifier, then you don’t have to register again.
  • If you wish to participate for the first time in an Erasmus+ decentralised action, managed by the National Agencies, then you can register your organisation directly to the Organisation Registration System platform.
  • If your organisation is still participating in actions managed by the Education, Audio-visual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) or if you are a new organisation that wants to take part in such actions under Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, then you will need a PIC – Participant Identification Code, a unique identifier. The relevant information can be obtained from the Funding and Tenders Portal.

Every registration system has its own different and unique identifier, namely:

  1. The 9-digit PIC (Participant Identification Code) used by organisations in projects managed by EACEA (e.g. PIC: 987654321) and obtained via the Funding and Tenders Portal.
  2. The newly established Organisation ID, used by organisations in projects managed by the National Agencies (eg. Organisation ID: E12345678) and obtained via the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform registration system.

An Organisation ID has automatically been given to organisations having already participated in any decentralised action. To find the Organisation ID of your body, kindly use the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform, by entering your existing PIC in the search criteria.

The relevant instructions can be found here (you must have previously logged in with your eulogin account).
